The sleek Maserati GranTurismo is one of the first 10 being imported into the United States this year and is reserved exclusively for Maserati VIPs. It is a rare gem among cars: powerful 4.2 liter, V8 engine (0-60 in 5.1 seconds!), sleek world-class Italian design by Pininfarina, and luxury appointments that include 20" Birdcage design rims, titanium calipers, a navigation system, a Bose surround sound system and a multimedia system with a 30 GB hard drive. The gran turismo tradition began for Maserati in 1947 at the Geneva Auto Show where the Modenese racing firm presented the sleek A6 GranTurismo. Styled by well-respected coach constructor Pininfarina, it was the first pure road going Maserati after 33 years producing competition cars.

All net proceeds of the raffles will go toward supporting education for some of the hundreds of carefully screened scholarship applicants who have the will and drive to achieve success, but need a little help.

From September 29th through October 6th, the Quattroporte and the GranTourismo will be on view in the Main Concourse of landmark Grand Central Terminal in New York City prior to being raffled during the Columbus Citizens Foundation’s Gala Dinner, held at the Waldorf≈Astoria’s Grand Ballroom on October 6th. The sleek two-door GranTourismo will be raffled in the Main Concourse of Grand Central Terminal at 7:00 PM on October 15th.
